Alterations and Name change
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex by e-mail, post or fax, easp2011.registration@congrex.com.
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place.
An administration fee of SEK 300 will be charged.
Collection of Conference documents
All documents, and name badge can be obtained from the On-site Conference Secretariat, open for the duration of the Conference.

"The foremost goal of the EASP Executive Committee is to ensure that as many people as possible are able to attend the General Meeting
especially if they are members of the Association. However, we also recognize that financial circumstances may place constraints on members'
ability to pay designated registration fees and therefore to attend. As has been the case in the past, the Committee will therefore attempt
to defray the costs of individuals whose circumstances mean that they are unable to pay the full designated fee. If you would like to apply
for consideration on these grounds and if your contribution has been accepted for presentation (orally or as poster), please write to the
Association's Executive Officer, Sibylle Classen (sibylle@easp.eu) explaining your situation before February 15, 2011. In the interests of
fairness, only applications for fee mitigation that are received before this date can be considered."
Payment
Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 11011- (followed by your personal reference number) on all money transfers.
The Congress secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the Congress secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:
- American Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all charges.

As from 3 weeks before the Congress we only accept credit card as payment.
We are not able to accept personal cheques, company cheques or Eurocheques.
Registrations, hotel reservations, tours and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment.
Admission to the Congress is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Congress. Failure to produce this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the amount to your credit card.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 15 May, 2011, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after 15 May, 2011 we regret that no refunds can be made.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 15 May, 2011, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made after 15 May, 2011.
If your reservation goes to no show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the hotel you will be charged for the total amount of your accommodation.
Full hotel pre-payment is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.
No room can be guaranteed until Congrex Sweden AB has received your hotel pre-payment.
If you are entitled to a refund please note that refunds will be made after the congress has been completed.
